I don't know if you've heard of her, but I follow Dara Tucker on instagram (she dives into history in most her videos, which I love learning about). Her newest video she comments on a couple of things from the SOTU address. I just wanted to see if I could get some clarity on the first part of it, when she brings up Biden talking about the other side wanting social security on the chopping block. Is that really what some are pushing for? I would love some more information about it, if possible. Like the who, what, where, and why?
