Former President Donald Trump speaks at Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, FL today after the US Supreme Court heard oral arguments about his presence on Colorado’s presidential ballot.

Is Donald Trump disqualified from running for President again because of what happened on January 6th? Today the US Supreme Court heard arguments on Colorado banning Trump from the ballot. I’ll break down some of the legal & constitutional issues at play.

The so-called mainstream media are in trouble. Hundreds of journalists are losing their jobs, and dozens of news outlets are closing. The latest evidence of a problem: Disney, Fox & Warner Bros. Discovery are teaming up for a new sports streaming service. What do these have to do with each other? How much of the media is worth saving?
