Trump Supreme Court Preview/Taking On DEI Critics

Can former President Donald Trump run for office again? The U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on that this Thursday. I’ll have a preview and break down this week’s appeals court ruling against Trump.

Also, I think he may have crippled his upcoming Supreme Court argument with one of the arguments from his 2021 impeachment trial. The appeals court caught it too, and now that I’ve thought about it I’m struggling to see how Trump’s case survives.

And I’ve gotten some pointed criticisms over my piece about ending DEI programs for good. I’ll respond to a few of the comments, particularly the ones implying that racism isn't as bad today as we think.

Full audio podcast episodes are available to everyone for another week before going back behind a paywall. Remember you can follow the podcast on your favorite app including Spotify, Apple Podcasts or the Substack app.
